Whenever possible, we extend the life of electronics through testing, refurbishment, and responsible reuse. When reuse is no longer an option, we securely dismantle and recycle materials through certified downstream partners.
We provide pickup-only electronics recycling services for businesses and organizations throughout Mid Missouri.
1 SECURE PICKUP & INTAKE
All materials enter our system through scheduled pickups. We specialize in working with:

During pickup:
• Equipment is transported securely
• Items are logged and sorted
• Clients receive a recycling receipt for compliance and recordkeeping
All incoming equipment is air-cleaned to reduce dust before processing.
2 DATA SECURITY & DESTRUCTION
Data security is a critical part of our recycling process. When data destruction is requested, all data-bearing devices are immediately removed and secured.
Our data destruction process includes:
• Secure removal and tagging of hard drives
• Dedicated secure processing area
• Multi-drive wiping systems (up to 24 drives at once)
• Specialized SSD wiping tools, including cached memory areas
• Physical destruction for unsupported or legacy drives
Physical destruction methods include:
• Shattering or shredding platters
• Recording serial numbers
• Logging destruction methods

• Serialized destruction reports
• Third-party RIOS-certified destruction
3 TESTING & EVALUATION
Once data-bearing components are handled, systems are evaluated to determine reuse potential.
Equipment is sorted into:
• Reusable electronics
• Scrap electronics
Our reuse-first approach means:
• Systems under approximately 10 years old are tested
• Functional equipment moves to refurbishment
• Non-functional systems are diagnosed and repaired when viable
Obsolete or irreparable equipment is responsibly recycled.
REFURBISHMENT & REUSE
Electronics selected for reuse are:
• Fully tested
• Professionally cleaned
• Securely wiped
• Upgraded when appropriate
Refurbished equipment may be:
• Resold through approved channels
• Used as replacement parts
• Repurposed for commercial or internal applications
This approach reduces environmental impact and keeps electronics out of landfills.
DISASSEMBLY & MATERIAL SORTING
Electronics that cannot be reused are fully dismantled.
Components are sorted by material type, including:
• Metals (steel, aluminum, copper)
• Plastics

• Power supplies

• Displays
• Peripheral devices
Materials are organized into bins ranging from small containers to pallet-sized Gaylords for efficient processing.
RESPONSIBLE RECYCLING
All materials are sent to verified and certified recycling partners.

• Zero landfill policy whenever possible
• Proper handling of hazardous materials
Circuit boards and specialty materials are processed through approved regional recyclers to ensure maximum recovery and compliance.
